Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using SCOUT, you agree to these terms. SCOUT is operated by Your First Scholarship (YFS), owned by Trenton Luera, based in Boise, Idaho. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use SCOUT.

What SCOUT Provides

SCOUT is a college football recruiting tool. We aggregate publicly available information about college coaching staffs, including names, contact details, and social media handles. We also display academic data such as enrollment, acceptance rates, test scores, and tuition sourced from school websites and government databases (NCES/IPEDS).

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we work hard to keep our data accurate and up to date, coaching staffs change frequently. We cannot guarantee that every piece of information in SCOUT is current or correct. Always verify important details directly with the school. SCOUT is a research tool, not a definitive source.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SCOUT for legitimate recruiting research purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from SCOUT
• Resell or redistribute SCOUT data
• Use SCOUT to harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk messages to coaches
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Use SCOUT for any unlawful purpose

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for SCOUT are processed through Whop. We do not process payments or store billing information. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital data access, we do not offer refunds for any subscription or one-time purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Intellectual Property

The SCOUT name, logo, design, and software are the property of Your First Scholarship. The coaching and academic data displayed in SCOUT is sourced from publicly available information and government databases. You may use this data for your own personal recruiting research but may not republish, resell, or create derivative products from it.

Limitation of Liability

SCOUT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information found in SCOUT. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your First Scholarship and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SCOUT. Our total liability for any claim related to SCOUT is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing trenton@yourfirstscholarship.com. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to SCOUT will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through SCOUT. Continued use of SCOUT after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
