This camp will feature instruction from Hawkeye Football Director of Strength & Conditioning Raimond Braithwaite and UI strength coaches. Campers will practice techniques in strength, linear speed, lateral speed and nutrition. All male and female athletes -- enrolled in grades 6-12 as of spring 2026

Offensive and Defensive Linemen will hone fundamentals and compete with their peers, learning valuable skills to perform on the football field. The camp will be taught by the Iowa Football Coaching Staff. Programming is identical for each session offered. Open to any and all participants entering grades 9-12, or graduated, as of Fall 2026. Campers must bring NOCSAE-Approved helmet and shoulder pads, football cleats.
